The following guarantee
is brief with no small print.
Each Lock Security is manufactured from high quality 316 Stainless Steel and we use the latest manufacturing techniques.
Although Lock Security will last a life time, no doubt longer, we have to be realistic therefore we,
guarantee each Lock Security for
*10 Years from the date of purchase
for the original purchaser.
If the Lock Security cracks due to faulty 316 Stainless Steel or workmanship we will replace it free of charge.
Claims Procedure
- Return the Lock Security to the place of purchase with the original invoice / receipt.
- It will be inspected and if it is considered cracked due to faulty 316 Stainless Steel or workmanship we will replace it with a new one free of charge.
Our guarantee is only for the original purchaser and the original purchase invoice / receipt must be presented for a warranty claim.
This is to prove original ownership.
*This Guarantee DOES NOT INCLUDE
- If Lock Security has been cut with any type of hand-held non-powered or powered metal cutting tool.
- If Lock Security has been damaged in any other way, by any method.
- If Lock Security sold to a third party our guarantee is null and void for the new owner.
Exclusions From Our Guarantee
We Do Not Guarantee the 10mm diameter High Tensile Chain or any brand of Padlock you purchase from us with Lock Security.
Why: We buy the 10mm diameter High Tensile Chain and padlocks from other companies and they do not give us or have a written guarantee for both these products.
